Prompt

"A volunteer welcome scheme for people moving into your area has completed its first year. The community association wants an assessment before renewing it. Write a report summarising participation, evaluating the elements that were most and least successful, and recommending one operational change that would allow the scheme to reach more newcomers without overloading existing volunteers.
